With jobs and school work largely taking place online, at home these days, it’s difficult for families to keep fit. With the absence of PE classes at school or sports competitions, kids are starting to stay at home more and completely avoid physical exercise.

Go For Jogs
A lot of schools don’t have huge playgrounds or PE classes, so students aren’t able to get a suitable amount of physical activity each day. An easy way to encourage your kids to be physically active and disciplined is to go on walks around the neighborhood or go for a light jog in the morning.
Making it a daily activity will make it an essential part of your kid’s day and motivate them to jog every morning even if you’re not there.
