I have birthed four children, and my youngest child is almost 17. Within the past few years, I have noticed that I am suffering from bladder leakage! I notice this problem the most when I am playing with my son or grandchild. I actually ‘pee’ my pants when I run, and especially when I jump on the trampoline. I also wet myself when I sneeze!
The most embarrassing bladder leakage problem that has happened to me was when I was lifting weights at the gym, and had a trickle of urine running down my leg! What gives?
Upon doing a little research, I have found that I am not alone! 1 out of 3 women in the U.S. (15M women) suffer from the effects of light bladder leaks (LBLs) and, oftentimes, the issue pops up following childbirth. And there is a name for it: Stress urinary incontinence (SUI). SUI is the unintentional loss of urine that happens when physically movement or activity puts pressure on the bladder.
SUI and/or LBLs can often hinder women from going about their normal routine. They can be embarrassing issues that make women, who are often forced to wear adult diapers or pads, feel less confident and less beautiful. Women suffering from LBLs are 80 percent more likely to develop clinically diagnosed depression, and that is very sad!
I refuse to wear adult diapers, but sometimes I have worn a maxi pad. That is annoying as well, because I cannot handle how those feel. I have never used them for periods, because I hate them, so I am not happy to be wearing them for bladder leakage.
Thankfully, I have discovered Revive!
Revive™is an FDA-cleared, over-the-counter device that is clinically proven to treat these light bladder leaks that I have.
Designed to be both comfortable and effective, Revive is inserted into the vaginal tract using a tampon-like applicator. It supports the urethra and surrounding muscles to temporarily reduce leaks associated with stress urinary incontinence. The device is worn up to 12 hours and eliminates the need for changing pads and lined throughout the day. Revive is easily removed using a looped retrieval string and can be restrung for reuse up to 31 days.
Revive is definitely helping to save me from the embarrassment of ‘peeing my pants.’ I make sure that I insert it before I hit the gym, or plan to get physically active. It is so nice to have the confidence once again when I am in public, or even at home. It is very easy to insert, which is great, because I get nervous sometimes about putting things places that I cannot see! I am able to run and jump all I want without any leaks! And it is easy to remove.
Revive is an environmentally-friendly device, as it significantly reduces pad and plastic waste by decreasing the demand for pads, panty liners and adult diapers. More than 12 billion pads and 5 billion adult diapers are deposited into landfills annually.
Revive is located in the feminine hygiene or incontinence aisle in most retailers.

Can strings be ordered so the device can continue to be used or is the device only good for 30 days?
